Conference and practical training course on Stone Waste Recycling and Zero Stone Waste. Organized by ITA and Confindustria Marmomacchine. Speaker: ing. Paolo Marone of the International Marble Institute, IS.I.M.

On 29-30 November 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Casablanca, Morocco, a technological seminar on natural stone processing machines, organized by ICE-Agency in collaboration with the Confindustria Marmomacchine Association has been presented. The initiative is part of the promotional activities in support of the marble and natural stone processing sector. Partners of the event have been also the Moroccan Association of Marble Workers (AMM) and the Technological Center of Building Materials (CETEMCO).

The focus of the sessions, entrusted to Eng. Marone of the International Marble Institute, has been specifically on technical insights related to topics such as extraction technology, cutting technologies through multi-wire frames, products and technologies for the treatment of stone surfaces, as well as the recycling and reuse of processing residues and sludge through the Stone Waste Recycling system.
